Day 2 - SILVER

Hi everyone!

Today is day 2 of the Crumpets Nail Challenge - Silver

I found it very hard to take pictures of my nails today, but here's what I did.

What I used:

1. Kleancolor - Calcium (used as a base coat)
2. Orly - Shine
3. Kleancolor - Black
4. Cala - Facial Buff Sponge

I used the Buff Sponge to apply the black over the silver.  My intention was to do the gradient look. I know that normally a makeup sponge is used, but for some reason, that never worked for me. When I tried that method, pieces of sponge was literally left on my nails. :/

I had bought this buff sponge sometime ago, and I just decided to try it. I love how it worked, I love the finish. What I really enjoy about it, is that it does not soak up as much nail polish as if you were to use the makeup sponge. I also love how you can reuse the used pieces if you wanted to.
